The Primary Care and Hope Clinic is a not-for-profit healthcare clinic providing quality, affordable family health services to medically uninsured, underserved, Medicare and TennCare families in Rutherford and Cannon Counties.

The Primary Care and Hope Clinic serves as a medical home for uninsured and underserved patients. Through the consistent delivery of preventative, acute, chronic and behavioral health services, the clinic ensures that uninsured patients receive the care they need to get healthy and stay healthy.
The Primary Care and Hope Clinic is staffed by certified nurse practitioners working in conjunction with a medical physician. It features 24 exam rooms, three treatment rooms, an education classroom and a behavioral health suite.
Additional programs offered by the Primary Care and Hope Clinic include a satellite clinic, Hope Clinic II, in the Franklin Heights Housing Authority, Behavioral Health Services through a collaboration with the Guidance Center, expanded pediatric outreach through the Mobile Health Unit, Diabetes Counseling and Education Services and Breast Cancer Awareness and Screening Serivces.
The Primary Care and Hope Clinic is located at 1453 A Hope Way in Murfreesboro. It is funded through support from the federal, state and local government, churches, private foundations, and individual and corporate donations.

Within the past year, the Primary Care and Hope
Clinic has:
Provided more than $1.2 million worth of medical care
and perscription medication assistance to uninsured patients in our community
Visited thirty-five schools in the Murfreesboro
City and Rutherford County area with the Mobile Health Unit
Provided more than 1,800 childhood immunizations
to uninsured and underserved children
Offered more than sixty free Diabetes and Health
Education classes in public facilities throughout Rutherford County
