About Us

The Primary Care & Hope Clinic is a not-for-profit health care clinic providing high-quality, afffordable family health services to the working poor, uninsured, and TennCare families in our community.

The Primary Care & Hope Clinic was developed by concerned citizens who are focused on increasing and improving access to health care for our communities' famlilies.

The clinic's uninsured program uses volunteer services of health professionals and lay individuals in conjunction with paid staff to care for the working uninsured and homeless of Rutherford County.

Services provided annually:

• More than 20,000 patient visits
• More than $805,000 in free services to the uninsured residents of Rutherford County
