Adult Medicine

The Primary Care and Hope Clinic provides healthcare for all ages. 

Services provided by the clinic include:

• Annual physicals

• Adult and child immunizations

• Women’s Health services

• Behavioral Health services

• Healthcare for chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol

• Healthcare for minor injuries including cuts, burn and suture removal

Spanish translation services are available for Spanish speaking patients.
